taken from Mt Diablo, roughly 8 miles from the base. If one were to zoom in the the left of the hangars, you can see one of the "Janet" 737-600's that flies workers in from Las Vegas. Not too much was seen other wise. Currently, the fleet of F-117's is stored in a few of the hangars on base, with at least one or two still flying. What else is there, that is the mystery. It is known that the mysterious RQ-170 drone was based at Tonopah for awhile, and other classified aircraft are most likely based there. This is a composite panorama stitched together from 11 images, and was taken with a Nikon D800 DSLR with a Nikkor 500mm F4 lens.
